Mariel and Edwin's journey began in Quito, Ecuador, and led them to the vibrant streets of Brooklyn, New York, driven by a dream to unite people through the celebration of Latin culture and diversity. Rooted in the culinary world, together they built a thriving kitchen and restaurant design business, yet always harbored the aspiration to create and run their own restaurant.

Fast forward to 2023, Mariel and Edwin turned their long-held dream into reality with the opening of Sweet Anaelle, a testament to their dedication and true passion.
